We have a few simple rules to keep everyone safe while swinging:

– Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

– Helmets must be worn inside cages at all times.

– Only one person is allowed in the token cages at all times.

– No cleats in the facility. 

– No food, drink, seeds or gum inside the cages.

– Have fun and swing hard.
